Rob Foote - Senior Commercial Lawyer

I am a senior commercial lawyer with substantial experience advising multinational corporations, owner-managed businesses and high-growth companies on complex commercial transactions, strategic projects and business-critical legal matters.

My experience spans senior in-house and private practice roles, giving me a practical understanding of how legal issues arise and need to be managed within a business. I advise across the commercial lifecycle, including commercial contracting, procurement, manufacturing and supply arrangements, technology, intellectual property, strategic collaborations and dispute resolution.

I work directly with business owners, boards, senior executives and in-house legal teams, providing commercially focused advice that balances legal risk with the wider objectives of the business.

I qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales in 2009 and have worked extensively on domestic and international matters across multiple jurisdictions.
